We carefully pack your jewellery and each piece comes in a gift box. Please tick the gift bag option if you would to present your gift in one – we have an opt in tickbox for this on each item listing, to avoid unnecessary waste with your purchase. For privacy and security, orders are posted in unbranded outer packaging, so only you will know the loveliness that’s inside!
Please allow up to three working days for dispatch of orders, in addition to shipping time, as many of our pieces are made to order, in particular our personalised pieces of jewellery. Outside of our busiest times your order will usually ship on the following working day, but as we are a small team, it may take a little longer to personalise your piece when we have a higher volume of orders, e.g. in the run up to Christmas, so it’s always best to order early!
We are delighted to offer FREE standard shipping in Ireland & Northern Ireland on all orders over €75. Orders below €75 are charged a flat rate of €3.50 for standard shipping. Additional shipping options are available at checkout.

Postal times may vary due to factors beyond our control, and unfortunately some countries do experience postal delays from time to time that are out of our control.
Please read this information carefully before placing your order, as once your item has been posted, we will be unable to help in the event that you have selected a postal method that means your order will not reach you on time. Please note overseas deliveries may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
If you select standard post on your order, and subsequently request a tracking number to monitor it’s arrival, we will be unable to provide this, as tracking numbers can only be provided when tracked post is selected at checkout. If you wish to track your package then please select tracked post – this is highly recommended at this time. Tracked post does not speed up the arrival of your package, and standard postage timeframes will still apply.

DHL Express delivery has been added as an option at checkout for those wanting to guarantee speedy delivery within a particular timeframe – you will receive your jewellery anywhere in the world within five working days of dispatch using this shipping method. Please allow time for jewellery to be personalised and dispatched in addition to shipping time. If your order is needed for a particular date, feel free to let us know with a note at checkout or enquire via email, and we will be able to advise you on the best option to get it to you in time for a special date.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
We offer a 100 day return and exchange policy from the date your jewellery is delivered. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so please get in contact with us if for any reason you are not totally satisfied, and we will endeavour to resolve any issues. We can help you to choose a new piece, adjust a piece you have purchased, or organise a refund. For hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges or returns on earrings.
Please take note of the measurements and dimensions that are provided for each piece of jewellery on the website – our pieces have a delicate aesthetic and items can often appear larger on screen than they do in person! We don’t want you to be disappointed because you were expecting something large and chunky, but received a dinky little miniature instead, so we endeavour to provide as much information as possible to help you decide what to buy. As items are individually handmade, measurements are approximate, and minor variations or individual differences are to be expected. You can always contact us on email@example.com if you have any queries about a particular item before you purchase, and we are ready to assist.
Refunds will be made within five working days of receipt of the returned piece. Your bank may take up to seven working days to credit your account. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasers credit, debit card, or PayPal account.
Returns for refund or exchange should be sent back via registered post and retain proof of post and your tracking number. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return packages. You are of course free to return via standard post if you prefer, it’s just that you would have no way of following up with the postal service should anything happen to your package en route.
Shipping or return shipping charges are only refunded in the event that items are returned due to a craft flaw.
The utmost care goes into the creation of every single piece of our jewellery, and quality is important to us. In the unlikely event that there is a craft flaw with your piece, we promise to repair/replace it for you at any time following purchase. This applies if you are the recipient of a gift – you can still return it to us for a repair or an adjustment even if you are not the one who purchased it – we just want you to enjoy your jewellery!
Whooops! If you accidentally snag or damage your jewellery, don’t worry – our expert team are on hand to patch things up, and we are happy to offer repairs on any of our pieces of jewellery if needed.
All returns for refund or exchange must be in their original packaging and in pristine condition. Remember to include the name of purchaser or order number if you require a refund, or the address to which a replacement should be sent.
